RETURNS And REFUNDS
All items purchased from the Hoof and Skin Care range can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and unopened and in the original packaging.
The Buyer pays for the return postage.

All handmade rope items are made from the highest quality however in the rare occurrence of receiving a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 14 days of purchase so that the goods can be returned and replaced or refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong size or colour ordered.

Terms and Conditions

We make every effort to ensure our website is up to date and accurate however on occasion some information may be out of date or inaccurate.
We make every effort to accurately display the correct colour of images and these may vary on different computers.
All horse care products are either sent out the same day of ordering or next day.
All rope items have a maximum of 1 week dispatch time to allow for production as these are all hand made to order.

We will not be responsible for personal injury, loss or damage. We will not be responsible in the event of any  damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer due to incorrect use of any of our products.
When purchasing care products please always read the labels take steps to avoid contact with eyes and ingestion and keep out of reach of minors
With all of our rope products please be aware that there may not be any breakaway parts so care should be taken not tie up your horse up in a rope halter and not to misuse any rope items that may cause harm or injury to you, your horse or any members of the public and their property
