Clean & Check:
Before application, wipe and inspect your horse’s leg for cuts, open wounds or irritation — don’t apply over broken skin.

Apply a Thin Layer:
Spread a thin, even layer of the cooling clay over the affected tendon, cannon bone or joint area. You don’t need to build it up thick — a light coating works best. ridingwarehouse.com

Optional Wrap:
Use paper, plastic or bandage wrap if you want extended cooling or a longer stay time — especially useful after intense work.

Leave On:
Let it work — cooling clay draws out heat and supports recovery. You can leave it on for several hours or overnight for deeper effect.
