Neem Oil solidifies below 20 degree C. Warm the bottle to room temperature first to make it runny ( 24 - 25 C).
For pets and horses: 1 part oil with 10 parts water.
For Plants: 1 part oil with 26 parts water for general application ( or up to 100 parts water, depending on application.
For pregnant mares always seek advise from your veterinarian before using any fly repelling products.

I've used this once as directed on my plants and it appears to have been effective against fungus gnats, I will keep using it. Much better than a pre-mixed spray as neem oil degrades after a few days when mixed with water, and works out far cheaper too.
