No need to add anything but water to our natural fungicide and insecticide that repels insects naturally. This product does not contain essential oils hence suitable for plants as well as pets.
 How to: Neem Oil solidifies below 20 degree C. Warm the bottle to room temperature first to make it runny ( 24 - 25 C) 
For pets and horses:  1 part oil with 10 parts water , 
For Plants: 1 part oil  with 26 parts water for general application ( or up to 100 parts water, depending on application. Please see further info on application https://www.horseleads.co.uk/single-post/_neem 
How to Apply Neem Oil Spray for Plants: Before spraying a an entire plant, test a small area on the plant and wait 24 hours to check to see if the leaf has any damage. If there is no damage, then the plant should not be harmed by the neem oil. Apply neem oil only in indirect light or in the evening to avoid foliage burning and to allow the treatment to seep into the plant. Also, do not use neem oil in extreme temperatures, either too hot or too cold. Avoid application to plants that are stressed due to drought or over watering. Using neem oil insecticide about once a week will help kill pests and keep fungal issues at bay. Apply as you would other oil-based sprays, making sure the leaves are completely coated, especially where the pest or fungal problem is the worst. Please avoid spraying the flowers when the bees are pollinating.It can be diluted up to 1 : 100. There are no hard and fast rules, only guidelines.Store in a cool and dark place, do not leave the bottle exposed to direct sunlight.
DO NOT mix with hot water. 
Effective for up to 5 days after mixing with water.

( Please note that the contents of the bottle are minimum 300 ml. Once the cap is opened, bottle expands, bottle's capacity increases hence the level drops, but the amount of the oil remains same.)
